At Luvo, I want my customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review my return and refund policy below:
returns:
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Luvo. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business model, we cannot accept returns. All products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that we cannot support a return if you ordered the wrong size (unless you received a size that did not match your order), color (unless order does not match), or simply changed your mind. I apologize for this inconvenience.
damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact me immediately at info@luvobycarlos.com. I will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund, including any applicable return shipping costs.
replacements:
If you receive a damaged or defective product or it was lost in transit, I will gladly replace it. Please contact me at info@luvobycarlos.com with a picture of the damaged item within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a replacement.
sale items:
Certain items such as clearance, closeout, or sale items are marked as "final sale" and cannot be replaced or refunded.
exceptions:
Certain items are not eligible for replacement or refund due to their nature or hygiene reasons. These items include but are not limited to Gift cards, custom-made or personalized items. Additionally, items that have been damaged or altered by the customer may not be eligible for return.
cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact my customer service team (info@luvobycarlos.com) as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
