At Luvo, I want my customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review my return and refund policy below:
returns:
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Luvo. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, I accept returns within 7 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact my customer support team at info@luvobycarlos.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. I will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, I will email you to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 business days (this is conservative).
damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact me immediately at info@luvobycarlos.com. I will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund, including any applicable return shipping costs.
exchanges:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, I will gladly replace it. Please contact me at info@luvobycarlos.com within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate an exchange. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange.
sale items:
Certain items such as clearance, closeout, or sale items are marked as "final sale" and cannot be returned or refunded.
exceptions:
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund due to their nature or hygiene reasons. These items include but are not limited to Gift cards, custom-made or personalized items. Additionally, items that have been damaged or altered by the customer may not be eligible for return.
cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact my customer service team as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
